The Subscription Fees for the services provided on jvlproperty.online are determined as per the rates specified on the "My Subscriptions" page or as prescribed by the Company periodically. Liability for the Subscription Fees begins from the Date of Commencement.

Payment for Subscription Fees accrued on jvlproperty.online is to be made within the timeframe specified in the invoice(s) issued by the Company to the User. The User is obligated to pay the Subscription Fees on demand. If a dispute arises regarding the Fees, the User must still make the payment, subject to the Company's decision on the dispute. If the Company rules in favor of the User, any excess amount paid will be refunded without interest.
In case of delayed payment by the User, the Company reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount from the due date until final payment is received.
jvlproperty.online reserves the exclusive right to cancel any content intended for publication or display on its website or through any other means. Cancellation charges payable to the User will adhere to the rates outlined in the cancellation and refund policy.
For Platinum listing packages, cancellation or refund of orders booked or payments made via online payment options is not permitted, except in the case of payment via Cheque or Demand Draft. Requests for cancellation of orders placed via Cheque or Demand Draft can only be entertained prior to the realization of such payment by TIL.
The User bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the Registration Data provided to jvlproperty.online during the initial application process.
The User acknowledges that any data entered will undergo mandatory verification processes by TIL/jvlproperty.online.
The User must obtain any necessary licenses, permits, consents, approvals, or intellectual property rights required for using the Service, at their own expense.
The User agrees to comply with all notices or instructions issued by jvlproperty.online to facilitate the use of the Service.
The User is responsible for all applicable taxes and costs incurred in using the jvlproperty.online service.
The User is solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored, and transmitted through the Service.
The User must maintain the confidentiality of their password and user identification, and report any unauthorized account use or security breaches to jvlproperty.online promptly.
The User shall promptly settle the Subscription Fees payable to jvlproperty.online as and when they become due.
The User is responsible for setting up or configuring their equipment for accessing the Service
jvlproperty.online reserves the right to edit, modify, and alter content at its discretion. User acknowledges that online advertisements placed with jvlproperty.online will be reflected after 48 hours, agreeing to the stipulated processing time.
The User indemnifies Times Internet Limited for any actions or claims arising from information posted on the site by the User or on their behalf by others.

This may occur without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses incurred by the User as a result of such deactivation or suspension. No fees or charges paid by the User to the Company will be deducted, refunded, or rebated due to such actions.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party by providing prior written notice of 30 days. However, the Company reserves the discretion to waive the 30-day notice period or accept a shorter notice period from the User, as agreed upon in writing.
Notwithstanding the above clauses, the Company retains the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, without prior notice or providing any reason(s) in the following circumstances:
1. If the Company determines that the User has breached any terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. If, in the opinion of the Company or any regulatory authority, it is not in the public interest to continue providing the Service to the User for any reason.
3. If the User is declared bankrupt or enters into any compromise or arrangement with its creditors, without prejudice to any/all other rights.
In such cases, termination will be effective immediately upon notice from the Company.
In the event of termination as specified in Section XI above, the User shall remain responsible for Subscription Fees payable until the Date of Termination, without prejudice to any other remedies available to jvlproperty.online.
Any amounts owed to jvlproperty.online by the User upon termination must be settled within 30 days of the relevant Date of Termination.

The User hereby agrees and irrevocably authorizes jvlproperty.online to:
1. Use, for the company's own purpose, any data or information supplied by the User in connection with this Agreement, and/or pass on such information to any other associated companies or selected third parties.
2. Retain all data or information supplied by the User while using the Service to remain at jvlproperty.online for the exclusive use of the Company in accordance with the service agreement with the user. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement or suspension of the Service to the User herein, all such data and information shall remain in the Company's property, records, and databases as the exclusive property of the Company for all times to come unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
By entering a Mobile Number on the jvlproperty.online Portal i.e., jvlproperty.online while registering for an account for receiving alerts or contacting a property seller/buyer, the user expressly consents to the Company and its Partners/Vendors and sub-partners, sub-vendors to send alerts, contact details, promotional SMS, and Promotional Calls to the mobile number entered by the user, irrespective of whether the same is on the DNC list or any other such database.
The user further agrees that, in order to satisfy and fulfill the user's property requirement, the Company may share the recording of the aforementioned promotional call between the user and a company representative with the concerned agents, partners, vendors, and sub-partners. If the user does not want to receive these messages on his/her mobile number, and has not agreed to any of the terms stipulated herein, he/she shall refrain from submitting his/her mobile number to jvlproperty.online.
The User agrees to defend, or at its option and settle, any third-party lawsuit or proceeding brought against jvlproperty.online based upon or arising from the fact that the User Content, Site, and/or User features infringe any copyright, trade secret, or trademark of such third party. Additionally, the User agrees to defend, or at its option and settle, any claim arising from the Company's use of any User Content, provided that such use complies with the requirements of the Agreement. Furthermore, the User shall defend, or at its option and settle, any claim arising from the User's use of the Services in any manner inconsistent with or in breach of the Agreement, and any claim alleging facts that would constitute a breach of User's representations and warranties made in this Agreement.
Any such claim or proceeding made directly on the User shall promptly be communicated to jvlproperty.online by the User, along with all reasonable information, assistance, and cooperation necessary for defending the lawsuit or proceeding. The User shall provide the Company with full control and sole authority over the defense and settlement of such claims. The User may join in the defense with counsel of its choice at its own expense, subject to the approval of the company.
The User unilaterally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, jvlproperty.online, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, and damages arising from or resulting from their use of jvlproperty.online or their breach of the terms of this Agreement. Indemnification shall be provided for any claim that arises and shall be limited to payment by the indemnifying party ("User") of all damages and costs finally awarded for such claim, or settlement costs approved in writing by jvlproperty.online.
For the purpose of this Agreement and its attachments, including all renewals, "Confidential Information" refers to all financial, commercial, technical, operational, staff, management, and other information, data, and know-how related to the Project or to a party (herein referred to as the "Disclosing Party", specifically jvlproperty.online) or any other members of the Disclosing Party's group of companies. This includes information about products and services, assets, customers, data and databases, suppliers, or employees. Such information may be provided orally, in writing, or in any other form, and is confidential or proprietary in nature, or expressed by the Disclosing Party to be confidential and not generally available to the public.
The Receiving Party (herein referred to as the "User") shall maintain confidentiality and not disclose to any third party the Confidential Information or any part of it, except to any of the User's associates with the prior written permission from jvlproperty.online. The User agrees to take all necessary precautions to protect confidential information and ensure that all its associates abide by the confidentiality conditions. Proprietary Information shall be kept separate and exclusive at the usual place of business or residence of the User.
No use, reproduction, transformation, or storage of the Proprietary Information shall be made by the User without the prior written permission of jvlproperty.online, except where required to be disclosed pursuant to applicable law or legal process issued by any court or competent regulatory body.

All information and data submitted by the User shall become the property of jvlproperty.online and shall be kept strictly confidential. The User shall have access only to their own data stored in the database at jvlproperty.online and may edit or amend such data from time to time.
Any confidential information voluntarily revealed by the User in chat and bulletin board areas is done at the sole discretion and risk of the User. jvlproperty.online accepts no responsibility or liability for such actions.
All copyright, know-how, and related intellectual property rights to the Service or jvlproperty.online shall remain the sole and exclusive property of jvlproperty.online. Any content contributed by the User shall become the property of jvlproperty.online, and the User shall have no right or claim over the same. Any unauthorized use of such intellectual property shall be considered an infringement, and jvlproperty.online reserves the right to take legal action as necessary.

Invoices and payments are to be directed to The Company's Finance department, legal notices to the Company's Legal Department, and other correspondence to the assigned account manager. Notice is considered delivered upon personal delivery, receipt acknowledgment from overnight courier, or verification of receipt from registered or certified mail. Any notifications from JVLProperty.online, including changes to these Terms & Conditions or related matters, will be communicated to Users through notices displayed on the service.

Should any provision within these Terms & Conditions be found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties acknowledge the court's endeavor to uphold the parties' intentions as expressed in the provision. The remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to their fullest extent.
This Agreement serves as the comprehensive and exclusive understanding between the involved parties concerning the subject matter herein, thereby superseding any prior agreements, documents, or communications pertaining to said subject matter. Any modification to this Agreement or waiver of rights under it shall only be valid if executed in writing by the Company. The authority to change, vary, or amend this Agreement exclusively resides with the Company.
It is explicitly stated that there exists no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship between JVLProperty.online and any User of the Service.
The User acknowledges that notwithstanding any contrary statute or law, any claim or cause of action arising from the use of the Service or relating to the Terms & Conditions must be initiated within 30 days following the occurrence of such claim or cause of action, failing which it shall be deemed forever barred.

Do not disclose Your security information to anyone else. We shall not be liable for any damages, costs, expenses, and/or losses arising from the unauthorized use of Your account. We do not provide customer support or assistance for Your use of the Service.
We may collect and utilize personal or other information provided by You to provide the Service. Mobile Connect does not certify Your identity beyond the accuracy of a particular phone number and cannot replace official personal identification or any other authentication means.

We are not responsible for any third-party services accessed while using Mobile Connect. You access those services at Your own risk.
